NB Series / Sprue Cut Unit / Timing Controller

NB series slide air nippers are used to cut direct or side gate sprues with a large diameter. The sliding mechanism to adjust positioning ensures a very high level of precision. Spare blades are sold separately.

Thanks to our sprue cut unit, it is possible to grip and cut the sprue at the same time, which makes it the most suitable solution for plastic direct gate. Sold as a set, the chuck comes with a limit switch as a standard. Thanks to its tubing settings, the timing controller allows to adjust slide conditions for slide nippers and cutting timing (about 0.5 to 1.5 seconds).
