Jungle Gym Pipes / Fixtures

Jungle Gym series is used to freely create end of arm tooling. This series is able to satisfy any need with its frames, freely combinable with all the components of our catalogue. All components are easily removed from the end of arm tooling. Thanks to this feature, stocking and management of unnecessary parts is extremely easy, making them immediately available for the next use. Jungle Gym pipes are made of thin-walled stainless steel, thus ensuring weight reduction and structural rigidity. A light frame helps reducing the load on the robot’s hand and increasing operation speed; at the same time, the operator can change or store the end of arm tooling easily and in complete safety. Pipes are available in three diameters (φ8, 12 and 20 millimeters) and in three lengths (500, 1000 and 1500 millimeters), but can also be easily cut to size with our SS pipe cutter.

Resin fixtures for pipes are available also to be attached with tie bands or with M4 threads.
