Ion Parts Cleaners

Vessel’s ion parts cleaners are ideal to remove dust from workpieces on cell workbenches.
When a product is inserted inside the IPC, a sensor detects its presence and activates an air blow. The static-electricity-adhered dust that was on the products is so neutralized inside the ionized hood and captured on the self-adhesive urethan gel sheets on the walls of the IPC.
These IPCs are also eco-friendly, for the following reasons: having no built-in dust collector, the power consumption is substantially reduced; the gel sheets are washable and can be used repeatedly; air consumption can be adjusted thanks to the integrated flow control regulator; dust filters are provided in order to maintain a clean working environment.
