Our filters prevent water, oil, steel powder etcetera from entering the ejector by sucking them through the power of vacuum. The pressure goes up to -95 kPa.

The use of check valves eliminates the need of repositioning vacuum cups when lifting products of different sizes simultaneously. These valves cut off the airflow to the vacuum cup when there is no contact between the cup and the workpiece. When the product does not cover the vacuum cup completely, the sphere inside the valve is pushed up in the direction of the sheet with an air flow. Therefore, vacuum pressure in the system is maintained.
